The dispenser machine can be equipped with one of three different sensors per customer requirement. Each of the sensors will work with the special requirements on the pouch strip.
This sensor will detect the registration mark on the continuous strip and cut the pouch right at the location of the mark. This is the most reliable and accurate method to cut the pouch. To work with such a sensor, the pouch strip must have a registration mark printed right at the sealing area between pouches.
This sensor will detect the light passing through the pouches, and determine the cutting point based on the change of light. A test must be conducted to make sure the sensor is compatible with the pouch strip.
This sensor will detect the change in the thickness of the pouch strip and determine the cutting point. The sealing area is much thinner (as a single sheet), than the packet area (as a double sheet). So, the sensor will detect the change and make the cut at the sealing area.
This is our high speed dispenser that will feed and cut oxygen absorbers or desiccant pouches from a continuous strip wound on a reel or belt. Clean cuts are provided by the Slimline guillotine knife assembly with hardened Stainless-Steel blades. It handles pouches up to 1.6 inches wide and 0.25 inches thick at speeds up to 200 cuts per minute. An electronic sensor accurately registers cut position, to ensure highly reliable cuts. Configuration is easily set up through a touch panel. This unit can be a master or a slave to an existing line. It is ideal for narrow, limited-space applications.
